Purema™ CBD Isolate: Production Process
1. Supercritical CO₂ Extraction – We start with clean, solvent-free CO₂ extraction that preserves cannabinoid integrity and avoids any chemical residue.
2. Winterization – The extract is winterized with food-grade ethanol to remove fats and waxes; the ethanol is fully evaporated after processing.
3. Double Filtration – We filter the extract twice to remove plant particles, improve clarity, and ensure a stable, high-purity oil.
4. Decarboxylation – The extract is gently heated to convert CBDa into active CBD while preserving potency and product integrity.
5. Triple Lab Testing – Each batch is tested twice in our in-house lab (after extraction and after decarboxylation), using HPLC and GC-MS. It is then tested by a third-party laboratory to confirm cannabinoid content, safety, and regulatory compliance.
