Nanoemulsified CBD
High Absorption
Water Dispersible
Clean Formula
Aquavia™ is a high-bioavailability CBD, designed for use in water-based products. Extracted via supercritical CO₂ and refined through decarboxylation before undergoing nanoemulsification using high-pressure homogenization and natural emulsifiers. No synthetic surfactants or clouding agents are used.
The result is a fully water-dispersible nanoemulsion with particle size below 100 nm, allowing for fast absorption and superior bioavailability in beverages, oral sprays, sachets, and skincare.
Aquavia™ delivers a stable, translucent liquid with neutral flavour and clean formulation behaviour, making it ideal for brands developing fast-acting, zero-THC wellness and functional beverage products. With THC levels below 20 ppm, it meets the regulatory demands of even the most restrictive markets.

Aquavia™ forms a stable nanoemulsion with <100 nm particle size, ensuring full dispersibility in water without clouding or separation.
Formulated with non-detectable THC (<20 ppm), meeting the strictest global regulatory standards including Japan.
Formulated without synthetic surfactants or clouding agents. Only natural emulsifiers are used.
Nanoemulsification via high-pressure homogenization increases bioavailability and supports faster onset.
1. Supercritical CO₂ Extraction – CBD is extracted from hemp using supercritical CO₂ under controlled temperature and pressure to ensure a clean, solvent-free base extract.
2. Winterization – The extract undergoes ethanol winterization followed by multi-stage fine filtration to remove waxes, lipids, and plant solids. Ethanol is fully removed after processing.
3. Thermal Decarboxylation – Extract is gently decarboxylated at low temperatures to activate CBD while preserving cannabinoid stability.
4. Nanoemulsification – The decarboxylated extract is emulsified into water using high-pressure homogenization. Natural emulsifiers are used to achieve <100 nm particle size for optimal bioavailability.
5. Stability Optimisation – The nanoemulsion is adjusted for pH, ionic strength, and clarity. No synthetic surfactants or clouding agents are used. Formula remains translucent and shelf-stable.
6. Final Testing – Each batch is tested in-house and by a third-party lab for cannabinoid content, particle size & microbial stability.
Aquavia™ is produced through high-pressure nanoemulsification using natural emulsifiers, no synthetic surfactants or stabilisers. Each batch is tuned for particle size under 100 nm, ensuring fast dispersion in liquids and unmatched bioavailability across formulations. Unlike typical water-soluble CBD, Aquavia™ delivers clear performance, clean labelling, and consistent results, backed by measurable quality.
